Where are you located?

We are a national company with offices and resources all over the country. This allows us to support your job search with the same high level of attention no matter where you live. Bilingual customer service is available 24 hours a day to speak with you about our process and help you get started.

What’s the benefit of working with On Target Staffing?

We have 40 years of combined experience working closely with hiring managers and search firms. Because we know exactly what they’re looking for in candidates across a variety of job types and levels, we’re able to offer you detailed, accurate guidance on how to prepare and what to expect. We also work hard to make sure every potential opportunity is a strong fit. This includes training and mentorship when necessary in order to set you up for success as a short- or long-term employee. Your satisfaction is everything to us, and we’re available any time to make sure you have it.

How do I get set up with you to find a job?

We like to make this process as easy as possible. You’re welcome to come by one of our offices to sit down with a representative in person. If you don’t live nearby or would simply prefer to do this digitally, you can also get set up online. Simply create an account through our secure portal, which collects your contact information and allows you to upload your résumé once you’re ready.

How do I submit my résumé?

We offer a few different options here When you’re first asked to create your OTS account online, you’ll be able to upload your résumé right away. You can also email it directly to our representatives once you’re in our system. Or, you can bring it by one of our offices to go through it with a recruiter first. Your call!

I’ve submitted my résumé, what’s next?

If you’ve submitted your résumé online, our recruiters will contact you for an interview over the phone. We can also handle this in person if convenient for you.

How do I apply for a job?

Just like the previous steps, you’ll be able to apply to jobs online or in person at an OTS office. We offer multiple options to make this a stress-free experience.

Do I need to take a skills assessment?

Not necessarily. The nature of some positions may require a skills assessment or certification, but there are many that don’t. If you have any questions about a particular role that indicates it requires one of these, feel free to get in touch with us.

I’m not a US citizen, can I still work for you?

Yes! You’re eligible to work if you’re at least 18 years old and have a valid Permanent Resident Card (i.e., Green Card) and worker visa.

Whom do I contact with questions or issues?
The easiest thing to do would be to get in touch over the phone. Our friendly staff is on call and always willing to work with you as long as necessary to make sure you’re comfortable with everything.
